Return Policy

We hope you love your LUAH pieces — but if something’s not quite right, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- All returns must be approved before being sent back

We do not accept returns on:
- Items marked as final sale
- Worn, damaged, or stained products

To start a return, please email us at hello@luahwear.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.  
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the item.
